PEANUT ROLLS 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water
1 tsp. vanilla

ICING:

1 box powdered sugar
2 sticks butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. milk

Beat eggs until lemon colored. Gradually add sugar, boiling water and vanilla. Add sifted flour. Bake in wax paper-lined sheet pan (jelly roll pan) for 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool before cutting into desired serving size, i.e. squares, rectangles, etc.

ICING: Mix together ingredients. Spread on ALL sides of "rolls." Roll iced "rolls" in ground peanuts. NOTE: You will need lots of peanuts.

Peanut rolls may be frozen. Simply remove in time to thaw before serving.
