BISCUITS 
1 c. very warm water
2 pkg. yeast
3 tbsp. sugar, optional
3/4 c. oil
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. buttermilk
6 c. flour (to make stiff batter)

Mix water and yeast. Then add ingredients. Makes stiff batter. Place in airtight bowl. Take out as needed. Let stand 20 minutes before cooking keeps 2 weeks in refrigerator.
