ORANGE - GLAZED YAMS 
6 med. yams
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. butter

Cook yams in boiling salted water until tender. Peel and cut into thick slices. Arrange in a shallow baking dish. Stir sugars, salt and cornstarch in a heavy saucepan until well blended. Add orange juice and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add butter and pour over yams. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly hot. Serves 8.
