FANCY LEMON CUPCAKES 
Make cupcakes from yellow cake mix as directed on box. Cook lemon pudding. Cut plug, or little hot out of top of cooled cupcakes; set aside. Put 1 teaspoon hot pudding into top of cupcake. Replace plug at an angle over pudding. Just before serving, sprinkle with sifted powdered sugar.

VARIATIONS:

Chocolate cupcakes, use vanilla pudding. For yellow cupcakes, use chocolate pudding.
