1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
1 stick butter
1 egg
1 box confectioners sugar
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Mix cake mix, butter, and egg together. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan, then mix confectioners sugar, eggs and soften cream cheese together and pour over bottom layer. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
