4 chicken legs, skinned and cut (separate thigh from drumstick) Place in baking pan, 13 x 9 inch with about 2 tablespoons olive oil. Brush chicken with Dijon mustard (about 2 or 3 tablespoons). Coat chicken with bread crumbs. Drizzle melted butter over each piece (about 3 or 4 tablespoons of melted butter). Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 to 3/4 hour or until tender and golden brown. Serves 4. Serve with rice or vegetables. |
