1 lb. sharp cheese
3 lb. mild cheese
3 pt. sweet pickle
3 (6 oz.) jars pimento

Grind together. Add 1 cup pickle juice or more until mixture is moist. Can be frozen. You can add a little mayonnaise when taken from freezer if you like.
