SKEWERED SCALLOPS AND BACON 
Scallops
3 tbsp. melted butter
12 slices bacon (cut in half)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Paprika
Pepper

Combine butter and lemon juice and pour over scallops. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Drain scallops and keep marinade. Partially cook bacon. Drain on paper towels and wrap around scallops. Thread on skewers. Space between each. Grill over hot coals, bacon side down. Five minutes then turn and baste with marinade. Grill until bacon is crisp about 5 minutes.
