HAM ICEBOX SALAD 
1 (7 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni (2 c. uncooked)
3 c. diced cooked ham
1 c. diced celery
1 c. low-cal mayonnaise
1/4 c. sweet pickle relish, drained
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped pimiento
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Boil macaroni until tender, 7 to 12 minutes. Drain and rinse. In large bowl mix all ingredients together. Chill before serving, keep refrigerated.
