GROUND BEEF AND CABBAGE
CASSEROLE
 
1 lb. ground meat
1 whole cabbage
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. cumin powder
Salt and black pepper as desired
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. tomato sauce

Cook meat until brown; drain extra grease. Add chopped cabbage. Let simmer for 5 minutes. Add onion, tomato sauce, garlic powder, cumin powder, salt and pepper. Add water and let simmer until cabbage is soft.
