CREAMY COLOMBIA CAFE 
1 c. Colombian coffee, chilled
1 c. whipping cream
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
Coffee ice cubes (frozen coffee in an ice tray)

Blend coffee cubes, coffee, whipping cream and powdered sugar in a blender until smooth and creamy. Pour in a frosted mug and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Note: For those of you whom are a bit daring try this with gourmet coffees such as hazelnut, amaretto, chocolate-raspberry, etc.
