FATHER'S DAY CHEESE CAKE

GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST:

14 double graham crackers, crushed
1 cube melted butter

Mix together. Fit crumb mixture into large pie pan.

FILLING:

1 1/2 or 2 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. lemon juice

Let this mixture stand 10 minutes.

Set container in HOT water.
