TAMALE PIE 
1 lb. ground beef, seared
1 c. milk
2 (17 oz.) cans cream style corn
6 oz. can olives
8 oz. can tomato sauce
19 oz. can Los Palmas red chile sauce
1 c. hominy grits
Salt to taste

Mix together and put in casserole and bake about 1 hour (until it isn't soupy). Start at 450 degrees for 15 minutes, then lower to 300 degrees.
