GRANDMA P'S VEGGIE SOUP 
10 c. water
2 1/2 lbs. beef cubes
1 lg. onion
1 c. celery
3 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 med. carrots
2 c. cabbage
1 can corn
1 can green beans
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 can stewed tomatoes
1/4 c. chopped parsley
2 lg. potatoes

Combine beef, onions, celery, salt, pepper and water heat to boil, simmer 2 hours. After 2 hours add cabbage, carrots, potatoes, corn, green beans and Italian seasoning. Heat to boil and cover. Simmer 1 hour. After 1 hour add tomatoes and parsley, heat to boil.
