1 pkg. (1 1/4 oz.) dried Lipton onion soup
1 jar (12 oz.) Smuckers apricot preserves
1 bottle (8 oz.) Russian dressing

Mix above ingredients and pour over chicken pieces, skinless or with skins. Bake at 350 degrees until chicken is tender, uncovered. Amount of chicken and size of casserole (shallow baking dish) depends on number of servings needed.
