STRAWBERRY PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 (3 oz.) box strawberry Jell-O
strawberries
1 (9-inch) pie crust, baked

Cook sugar, water and cornstarch until thick and clear. Add strawberry Jell-O. Cool. Pour on fresh strawberries. Pour into cooked pie crust. Chill.
