FRIED RABBIT
1 rabbit
1/4 c. vinegar
Water
Milk
Flour
Oil

Cut rabbit into small pieces and place in a pot of water with vinegar added. Bring to a boil for 10 minutes, this boiling makes the rabbit tender and takes any strong taste out of the meat. Remove from water and rinse. Dip in milk and roll in flour. Place in hot oil and fry until golden brown. Serve with a pan of biscuits and bowl of gravy.
