CRISPY CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 softened butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. Rice Krispies
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. raisins (if desired)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, mix first 3 ingredients and set aside. In large bowl, combine butter and sugar. Beat well and until creamy. Add egg and vanilla. Blend in dry ingredients. Stir in cereal, chocolate chips and raisins. Drop by level tablespoons onto greased cookie sheets. Bake 12 to 15 minutes. Makes 3/1 2 dozen 2 1/2 inch cookies.
