NO-PEEK COOKIES 
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat 2 egg whites as stiff as possible. Add 3/4 cup granulated sugar while egg whites are being beaten. Add a 6 ounce package chocolate morsels and 1/2 cup chopped walnuts. (Add by hand.)

Place brown paper on cookie sheets. (Supermarket shopping bags cut to size work fine.) Drop batter on paper with a teaspoon. Place cookie sheets in oven, close the door and turn off heat. DO NOT OPEN OVEN DOOR FOR AT LEAST 5 HOURS. Overnight works well but don't plan to eat them for breakfast unless you like candy that early in the day.
