CREAMY RED PEPPER DIP 
1 (7 oz.) jar sweet roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
1 garlic clove, pressed
1 tbsp. fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. salt

Mix together. Let stand for about 2 hours and serve with assorted cut up vegetables.
