DUMP CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins (optional)
1 can sliced apples (water packed)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, add each ingredients as in order above. Use a large wooden spoon to mix with. Grease and flour 9x13 inch pan. Spread evenly in pan. Bake 1 hour. Serves 14 to 16.

NOTE: Canned apples can be diced and baked in a bundt pan. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
