LASAGNA 
2 pkgs. lasagna
2 lbs. sirloin meat, chopped
2 lbs. cheese, Mozzarella & cheddar
Salt
Pepper
Onion
Garlic
Ol ive oil
Oregano
Ragu spaghetti sauce

Cook the lasagna in boiling water adding the salt, onion and 1 tablespoon oil. Cook 15 minutes only. Prepare the meat with all the ingredients and cook for 30 minutes. Place 4 or 5 slices of well drained lasagne into a well oiled lasagna pan. Alternate in layers with meat, sauce, cheeses, ending with lasagna and sauces spread on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
