1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. nuts

Cut butter into flour. Add nuts. Pat into bottom and on sides of 8 inch square pan. (For larger dessert use oblong pan.) Bake 15 minutes in 375 degree oven until light brown. Cool completely.

SECOND LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar

Mix cheese and sugar together. Spread on cool bottom layer.

THIRD LAYER:

1 pkg. Dream Whip

Mix Dream Whip and spread on top of other layers.

FOURTH LAYER:

2 boxes instant pudding

Mix 2 boxes pudding with 3 cups milk. Spread on top of other layers.

FIFTH LAYER:

1 pkg. Dream Whip

Mix Dream Whip and spread on top of other layers. Cool 4 hours.
