APRICOT ZUCCHINI PRESERVES 
6 c. peeled and grated zucchini

Boil 15 minutes. Reduce heat, then add:

6 c. sugar

Boil 6 minutes. Add:

1/2 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. crushed pineapple

Stir often. Boil 6 minutes; add 2 small or 1 large apricot Jello. Bring to boil and can.
