ASPARAGUS WITH MUSTARD SAUCE 
1 1/2 lbs. fresh asparagus, cleaned & cut in pieces
1/4 c. water
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper

In 2 quart microproof casserole, combine asparagus and water. Cover and cook on high for 4 to 5 minutes or until tender, stirring once during cooking time; drain. Combine remaining ingredients, mixing lightly to coat asparagus. Cook on high 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, or until heated through.
