JARMAN'S X-MAS TREE COOKIES 
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 c. butter
3 1/2 c. flour
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Add vanilla and then stir in flour. Divide dough in half. Chill at least 1 to 2 hours. Roll half the dough at a time on well floured surface to 3/16 to 1/4 inch thick. Cut with your favorite floured cookie cutter. Place cookie on greased cookie sheet. Brush cookies with slightly beaten egg white, sprinkle with colored sugar.
