HAWAIIAN HAMBURGER 
Combine 2/3 cups evaporated milk, 1 1/2 lbs. hamburger, 1/2 cup chopped onions, 2/3 cups cracker crumbs, 1 teaspoon salt. Form into meatballs. Brown and cover with sauce and simmer 15 minutes.

Sauce: Drain 1 (13 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks. Combine pineapple juice and water to make 1 cup. Mix in 2 teaspoons cornstarch, 1/4 cup vinegar, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 2 tablespoons soy sauce.
