SHELLS AND SAUCE 
1 pkg. jumbo shells

CHEESE FILLING:

1 lb. Ricotta cheese
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. pepper

SAUCE:

1 lg. jar spaghetti sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion salt or flakes
1/2 lb. ground beef, cooked & drained

Boil shells just until tender; drain. Cool on waxed paper. Fill with cheese mixture which all ingredients have been previous mixed together. Don't fill shells too full.

Mix all sauce ingredients together. In a 13"x9" pan put a thin layer of the sauce; then place the filled shell on top. Cover with remaining sauce; sprinkle some grated Mozzarella cheese on top. Makes a lot.
