TUNA & SHELLS WITH CHEDDAR SAUCE 
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar
1 (6-7 oz.) can tuna, drained & flaked
1/2 lb. macaroni shells, cooked & drained
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1/4 c. chopped parsley

In medium saucepan melt butter; stir in flour. Cook and stir over low heat for 1 minute.

Raise heat to medium. Gradually stir in milk. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens. Remove from heat.

Add cheddar cheese, stirring until melted. Stir in tuna, macaroni and black pepper. Heat until hot.

Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
