SANDWICH COOKIES 
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. butter (2 sticks)
1 egg
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Gradually add flour, salt and baking powder. Use Spritz press. Bake at 425 degrees for 8 minutes. Cut into 2 inch pieces while warm. Approximately 50 sandwiches.

FILLING & EDGE FOR COOKIE:

1 c. (6 oz. pkg.) chocolate chips
3 tbsp. milk
Chocolate shots for edges
