CHOCOLATE BREAD PUDDING 
1 1/2 squares unsweetened chocolate
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can of water (or more)
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs
1 c. cold milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. or more of fresh bread crumbs

1. Melt chocolate in double boiler with condensed milk and water.

2. When hot, add butter and beat.

3. Beat eggs lightly, add milk, vanilla and bread crumbs.

4. Combine all and bake in casserole dish in 325 degree (moderate) in a pan of hot water for 40 minutes or more, until knife comes out clean and it smells done. Serves 8 to 10.
