1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 squares melted chocolate
3 c. grated zucchini
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. nuts, chopped

Beat oil, eggs, sugar and salt until foamy. Sift together dry ingredients and add wet bowl mixture. Add zucchini and nuts and stir well. Put into 2 bread pans that are greased and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Cool 15 minutes in pan then remove bread from pans.
