1 (9 in.) baked deep dish pie shell
1/2 lb. ground meat
1/3 c. onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. oregano

Microwave meat and onion on high for 3 minutes. Drain. Mix milk, mayonnaise, seasonings, stir in beaten eggs. Add 1 cup cheese and meat, pour into pie plate. Microwave on high for 6 minutes, rotating 1/4 turn every 3 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Microwave for 3 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. May use conventional oven also, bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
