CHICKEN CHESSIE 
4 boned and skinned chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can dry white wine or white grape juice
4 slices Swiss cheese
1 pkg. fresh mushrooms
Herb bread crumbs

Saute chicken breasts in butter until lightly brown. Cut into pieces or leave whole). Place in greased casserole dish. Mix soup and wine. Place slices of cheese on top of chicken.

Arrange mushrooms around chicken. Cover with soup mixture. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Top with crumbs, dotted with butter. Bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
