ROASTED BEEF TENDERLOIN 
Beef tenderloin
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
Garlic, minced

Heavily coat meat in olive oil. Season with salt, pepper and garlic. Sit out for 2 hours. Bake on rack in pan at 450 degrees for 30 minutes, then turn down to 350 degrees until meat thermometer reaches 160 degrees.

NOTE: Slice at angle, serve with French rolls.
