SOUR CREAM APPLE PIE 
2 tbsp. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
2 c. apples, chopped
1 pie shell (unbaked)
1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
1/3 c. flour
1/4 c. butter, softened

Combine 2 tablespoons flour, 1/3 cup sugar, egg, vanilla, salt and sour cream in bowl. Mix well. Fold in apples. Spoon into pie shell. Combine brown sugar and 1/3 cup flour in small bowl. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over apple mixture. Bake in 375 degree preheated oven for 30 minutes.
