YEAST ROLLS WITH EGG | |
1 pkg. yeast 1 1/2 c. warm water 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. sugar 2 eggs 5 tbsp. melted lard or shortening 5 c. flour Dissolve yeast in the warm water. Beat eggs hard, add yeast water, salt, sugar, lard and 1/3 of the flour. Beat hard 3 minutes. Add rest of flour. Let rise. Put in refrigerator. Work into rolls. Let rise. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. |
