PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE | |
2 c. sugar 3 tbsp. butter 1 c. evaporated milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. mini marshmallows 1 (12 oz.) jar (1 1/2 c.) chunky peanut butter Combine sugar, butter and milk in electric skillet. Set at 280 degrees. Bring mixture to a boil; boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; add marshmallows, peanut butter and vanilla. Spread in an 8 x 8 inch pan. Cool and cut into squares. |
