PEACH COBBLER 
3 lb. peaches
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. flour
1 stick butter
1 pinch salt
3 tbsp. lemon juice

PIE CRUST:

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 pinch salt
1 1/2 sticks butter
1/3 c. water added gradually

Mix 3 pounds sliced cut up peaches with lemon juice in separate bowl. Mix dry ingredients and add to peaches. Mix and pour into pastry lined baking dish. Bake in 350 degree oven until bottom crust is cooked well and top crust is brown.
