LEMON BARS 
1 box Duncan Hines lemon cake mix
1 stick melted butter
1 egg
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 eggs
3 c. powdered sugar

Combine cake mix, melted butter, and egg and press into greased 9x13 inch pan. Beat cream cheese, eggs, and powdered sugar until creamy; pour over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. DO NOT OVER BAKE. Cool and cut into squares. This is real easy and "yummy."
