ECONOMICAL HOMEMADE BISQUICK MIX 
6 c. flour
3 c. powdered milk
5 tbsp. baking powder
5 tbsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. wheat germ (optional)

Mix all dry ingredients thoroughly together. Slowly blend in vegetable oil. Mix until a slightly crumbly flour is formed. Refrigerate until ready to use. Refrigerate. Makes 11 cups.

For pancakes, etc.: 2 cups quickie mix, 1 cup water, 2 eggs (separate, whip egg whites).
