WALNUT RICE 
2 c. chicken broth
1 c. uncooked long grain rice
1 tsp. butter
1/3 c. finely chopped walnuts

In medium saucepan, combine chicken broth and rice. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover and cook 15-20 minutes or until water is absorbed and rice is tender. Gently stir in butter and walnuts.
