EASY CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
2 cans cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 can Chinese noodles

Brown meat and onion, season with salt and pepper. Add soup and celery and mix well. Spread noodles into greased dish and pour meat mixture over the top. Do not stir. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
