SALADE D' SPINACH 
1 bag fresh spinach
4 eggs, hard cooked
5 slices bacon, cooked

Into a salad bowl, break up spinach leaves, discarding stems, chop the eggs, crumble the bacon. Toss all together lightly. Toss again with the dressing.

DRESSING:

1 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. white vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. ketchup
1/4 c. onion, minced
1 tsp. soy sauce

Mix in blender. For convenience, make both mixtures ahead and refrigerate separately. Combine just before serving. Serves 6.
