KOREAN STEAK (BUL-G0-GI) 
1 1/4 lb. beef (eye round)
4-5 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. sugar
5 tbsp. green onion, diced
1 tbsp. garlic, smashed
2 tbsp. browned and smashed sesame seed
2 tbsp. sesame oil
2 tbsp. your favorite wine (I use sake or dry sherry)
1/2 tsp. black pepper

1. Slice the beef thinly across the grain. (Easier to slice if it is partially frozen). Mix it with the sugar and let stand while preparing the marinate sauce.

2. Marinate 30 minutes in the following combination:

4-5 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. smashed garlic
5 tbsp. green onion
1/2 tsp. black pepper

3. Mix the above into 2 tablespoons sesame oil and 2 tablespoons sesame seed.

4. Cook quickly in very hot heat, while stirring the food. (I use a Wok).
