MINESTRA 
Saute oil (part olive) and garlic. Add a washed leafy green vegetable (Swiss Chard, beet greens, spinach) and a small amount of water. Add garlic powder, salt and pepper if desired. Cover tightly and steam until vegetables are tender. A can of cannelini beans can be added.

Another variation: Saute potatoes, sliced in food processor in oil and garlic, salt, pepper and garlic powder until tender. All taste best as leftovers, the garlic has a chance to work its full magic!
