BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 stick butter
1 c. walnuts or pecans
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 can blueberry pie filling
2 c. whipped topping

Stir together crumbs, powdered sugar, and nuts. Place in 8 x 12 inch pan (I use Pyrex dish). Melt butter and pour over these ingredients. Mix and pat down into a crust. Beat until smooth cream cheese, sugar, eggs and lemon juice. Spread over crust and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool completely. Spread blueberry pie filling on top of cream cheese mixture and spread whipped topping on top. Chill 1 hour or more before serving.
