STEAMED CRANBERRY PUDDING 
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. cut up cranberries
1/4 c. molasses
1 c. dark corn syrup
1/3 c. hot water (use 2 tsp. to dissolve 2 tsp. baking soda)
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Add ingredients in order. Mix and steam 2 hours in covered greased pudding mold.

SAUCE:

1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
1 c. cream

Bring butter and sugar to a boil. Chill. Add cream. Reheat to serve.
