QUICKIE STROGANOFF 
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 lbs. beef sirloin, cut in 3" x 1/2" x 1/8" strips
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 c. sour cream

In heavy skillet put butter and brown beef in it, add soup and vegetables. Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until beef is tender. Stir in sour cream and season with salt and pepper. Serve over hot buttered noodles or rice.
