BROCCOLI-POTATO SOUP 
5 lbs. potatoes (cut into bite sizes)
1 lg. bag broccoli cuts
1 lb. Velveeta cheese (cut into chunks)
1 can condensed milk
1 med. onion (chopped)
Salt and pepper

In large pot boil onions for 5 minutes, then add potatoes. Continue boiling 15 minutes. Add broccoli and seasoning; boil 10 minutes more. Drain half of the water; add milk and cheese. Simmer until cheese melts. About 4 quarts.
